This term at the Theatre School, actors will explore Theatre of the Absurd through a practical and imaginative devising process. Inspired by absurdist practitioners and themes, they will experiment with character, movement, storytelling, and ensemble performance, embracing the unexpected and unconventional. Through workshops, improvisation, and collaborative creation, students will develop an original piece of theatre that challenges logic, celebrates creativity, and showcases their performance skills. The term culminates in a Main House Showing on the 22nd November, where students will share their devised work with an audience.
