Engage Elders: Dance

Storytelling through Movement & Dance workshops with Divija Melally: 

The sessions will involve exploring stories through fun, simple and creative dance & movement exercises and prompts, including some elements of South Asian Classical Dance (Bharatanatyam).

No prior experience is needed and the workshops will mostly be seated with some optional standing exercises. 

We will have a new theme every week and use different music and props to add to our dances. 

Exclusively for ages 65+.
