Our paid Creative Associate roles for emerging creatives who already have an established area of practice and are ready to develop their craft within a professional theatre environment.
Creative Associates will be matched to projects that align with their skills and ambitions, with opportunities including Assistant Director, Assistant Designer, Associate Producer, Assistant Sound Designer and other bespoke creative roles.
It is anticipated that Creative Associates will be engaged on a freelance basis and responsible for their own tax and National Insurance payments.
