Participation Programme Producer

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Participation Programme Producer to lead the delivery of our non-formal education and youth engagement work at The Egg. This pivotal role will oversee the design, production, and strategic development of our early years provision, youth theatre, and outreach programmes. Combining artistic vision with strong project management, the successful candidate will champion inclusive and inspiring creative experiences for young people, while fostering relationships across the community, arts, and education sectors. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the heart of our Engagement team, ideal for a passionate arts professional eager to shape the future of participatory theatre.
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
