In this thrilling new book, former Tank Commander Hamish de Bretton-Gordon OBE offers a unique and timely exploration of the evolution of the tank, on and off the battlefield. Written in close collaboration with the world-renowned Tank Museum, it tells of the tanks origin on the battlefield of WW1, charting its primacy during WW2 and analysing its critical role in modern warfare, whether the Gulf(where he served) or on the the Ukrainian and Russian front lines.
Hamish is a world leading expert in chemical, biological and nuclear weapons CBRN and having served for 23 years in the British Army he now advises the Ministry of Defence on CBRN as well as the Ukrainian Government in the war with Russia.

There is a lift for wheelchair users from the Theatre foyer to the Stalls and Royal Circle levels. The Dress Circle and Grand Circle are stair access only.
