The Sleep Show is a dreamy performance which transforms the mysteries of sleep into a playful adventure. It mixes captivating dance and imaginative storytelling to explore all the funny and frustrating parts of trying to fall asleep, the fidgeting, the big thoughts, and that feeling of not wanting to miss a thing.
Instead of making bedtime stressful, the show turns it into something fun, magical, and wonderfully silly at times. Expect soft, cosy vibes, eclectic music, and boundless imagination, creating a world where a bedtime story truly jumps off the page and comes to life on stage.
It’s the perfect show to spark gentle chats between kids and parents about why sleep matters.
