★★★★★ "An absolute triumph" Fairy Powered

Sasha Regan’s double award-winning all-male Gilbert & Sullivan stars are pitching their tents at Theatre Royal Bath for THE MIKADO. Expect plenty of cheer and catchy melodies from a sensational cast singing all the familiar rollicking G&S classics including: A Wand’ring Minstrel, I; Behold the Lord High Executioner! and Three Little Maids From School Are We.

Sasha Regan’s inventive production transports the action to 1950s England where an all-boys’ school camping trip is visiting the land of Titipu. Topsy-turvy capers follow!

Gilbert & Sullivan’s inherent humour, satire on the English establishment and timeless tunefulness are married with Regan’s wicked sense of fun.

The all-male The Mikado last toured in 2017 to widespread critical acclaim.  It arrives in Bath hot-on-the-heels of Sasha Regan’s recent smash hit all-male H.M.S. Pinafore, and her award-winning The Pirates of Penzance which toured the UK and Australia.

The perfect summer sizzler. Unmissable, toe-wiggling fun!
