Course Leader - Caroline Garland
In this 6-week term we will explore the themes, characters and stories around a draft play idea called Flood. Together we will devise characters and create and rehearse short scenes from a draft script written as we go along. There will be opportunity to contribute ideas for the narrative, hone your acting skills and learn more about the craft of devising a play from scratch.
Flood
Set in the fictional town of Runnelbeck, Flood follows the stories of residents as they navigate their every day dramas and complicated lives. When a huge flood hits the town they all start to question what really matters and what future they are really striving towards.
