Swan Lake

Event Information

Showing from Fri 4 Dec — Sun 10 Jan

It’s the 1960s and winter has arrived in small-town America. Rows of identical houses with twinkling Christmas trees and white picket fences stretch as far as the eye can see. Young friends warm themselves with cocoa and dream distractedly about the homecoming dance… But everything changes the day the local gang, The Swans, turn up at the abandoned swimming pool. With their matching leather jackets and attitude, The Swans are the baddest kids in the area, and Odette is the baddest of them all…

This fabulous retelling of the epic love story from award-winning company The Wardrobe Ensemble is filled with their cygnet-ure wit and warmth. Swan along to the egg with the whole family for this hilarious show about courage, freedom and diving in head first – all set to a thrilling backdrop of classic sixties pop.

Expect great story-telling, laughter – and flying feathers!
