Cost: £17.50 per person includes coffee at 11.45am, the talk and demonstration at 12 noon and lunch at around 1pm.

The master artisan baker who has appeared on BBC2’s The Victorian Bakers, will tell you all you ever wanted to know about sourdough and demonstrate some of his techniques. Duncan will also make a fondue using local cheese and cider, which you will have for lunch, served in a sourdough bowl.
