Every young designer aiming to break into the industry needs a range of skills in their back-pocket. In this current world of closed venues, comes a new wave of thinking differently.

Come and build your understanding and ability to think outside the box when designing a complete performance environment.

Join artist and scenographer, Alison Neighbour, for this two-part exploration into the world of scenography.

Alison Neighbour: Alison is a Folkestone-based artist, scenographer and theatre designer from Wales, working in theatre, dance, installation and site responsive practice, locally and internationally. She enjoys working closely with communities and found spaces or outdoor environments, and her focus is always on connection and empathy. She trained at RADA; is a resident at Pervasive Media Studio; part of the Open Access Transmedia Creative Europe project; and founder of Bread & Goose. As a year-round sea swimmer. much of her work is inspired by our relationship with water and our natural environment. Current work in development includes: Beacons, a treasure hunt and live performance event for Folkestone; and The (Future) Wales Coast Path, supported by National Theatre Wales.
