What does October mean to you?

“October to me is the celebration of life, culture, dreams, and difference… A time when masks are taken off and Halloween is not the main focus. The notion of dark, dreary colours are washed away and splash of colour, culture and fun takes over the stage.  Its present day October 2018 and its Black History month – An unheard community, unshackled and unsilenced are egger to have their say” – Jaydean Dawkins, Director

On the 30th October young people of the BAME community present to you an original devised play, which speaks of culture, diversity, vibrancy and acceptance.

‘Out Of Many One People’ something new is born. This is one birth you won’t want to miss.

Director Jaydean Dawkins is at the egg on a Three-Month Placement through RTYDS – the Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme.
