Stacey Kent & Her Musicians

Sunday 7th September

Stacey Kent returns to the Theatre Royal Bath after previous sell out visits, with songs from her brand new Blue Note album, Breakfast On The Morning Tram. The album includes a mixture of classic standards as well as new songs written by husband and saxophonist, Jim Tomlinson, in collaboration with award-winning novelist, and now lyricist, Kazuo Ishiguro.

“Her voice is sometimes a whisper, sometimes a confiding murmur, sometimes an exhilarated exclamation; but whatever the idiom or the mood, individual listeners frequently feel that Stacey’s music was intended for their ears only.” Guardian
