Overview

After the huge popularity of the 2010 event, you are invited to join us for this three-course lunch in the Priory Hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant hosted by executive uber-chef Michael Caines MBE.

Lunch: Celeriac velouté; Rolled and glazed belly of woodland pork, Apple compote, roasted vegetables, Calvados jus; Bitter chocolate tart, White chocolate ice cream; Coffee and petits fours. The vegetarian option will be Caramelised onion tart fine, Barkham blue, Puy lentils (this must be booked in advance).

Cost: £40 per person (numbers are strictly limited). Wine will be available to purchase.
