Credit Cards: We take Mastercard/Visa/American Express/Maestro/Delta. Payment not accepted for transactions of less than £5.

Postage Charge: There is a 60p postage charge for all bookings sent (£1.50 for group bookings). Tickets will be posted within the UK only. Overseas bookings will be held at the Box Office.

Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sundays 12 noon - 8pm (closed when there is no Main House show, open 1 hour prior to Ustinov performances)
Bank Holidays 12 noon - 8pm

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for up to 4 working days without payment when booking in advance. Please note that no reservations are taken on the week of the production.

Collecting Tickets

Pre-paid tickets are collected from the Box Office. You will be asked for your surname and the first line of your address. In some instances it may also be necessary to see the payment card. When booking tickets online you will be sent a confirmation email , please present this at the Box Office when collecting your tickets.

The theatre will adjust the total figure if your calculations are incorrect. A postage charge of 60p will be added to all bookings sent without an SAE. Please include your full name and address when posting your booking. Cheques should be made payable to Theatre Royal Bath, Ltd. It would be appreciated if cheques could be left open, but with a maximum limit, in case your first choice is unavailable.

Counter Bookings

The main Box Office is situated in the Theatre Foyer. There is also a Box Office in the Ustinov Studio situated in Monmouth Street which is open 30 minutes prior to curtain up. The egg has its own reception/Box Office located alongside the café area.

  • A transaction fee is added to all card payments in order to cover our charges. To avoid the fee we can reserve your tickets for up to 4 working days, allowing you to come in person to pay cash, or to send a cheque in the post. No reservations will be taken on the week of the show.
