Theatre School Summer Company presents

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Age: 7 +

24 - 27 August 2017

Sleepy Hollow

Sleepy Hollow

Overview

The village of Sleepy Hollow, New York, is shrouded in a cloak of superstition, troubled minds and witchcraft. Ichabod Crane seeks to sort fact from fiction as he competes with Brom Bones for the hand of the wealthy Katrina Van Tassel. But will the terrifying and ghostly figure of the Headless Horseman upset everyone’s plans for happiness?

Following the success of the first Summer Company in 2016, expect another theatrical ‘experience’ as the egg auditorium is transformed into the haunting forest of Sleepy Hollow. Join 40 teenagers under the treetops as they return to the egg to create a stunning new piece of theatre working alongside a professional production team.

This specially-commissioned adaptation by up-and-coming writer Miriam Battye, promises to bring mystery, suspense and spine-tingling discoveries to the stage this August.
