Book your tickets by phone, post or online. We take Access/Visa/American Express/Switch/Delta. A transaction charge of £3 (£2.50 online) will be added to all card purchases as a contribution to costs. Please include your full name and address when posting your booking. At present, we are only able to accept mastercard and visa for online bookings.
The transaction will appear on your statement as Tickets.com.

£3 fee per transaction (£2.50 online). If concessionary tickets are available and purchased online they will be held for collection from Box Office. Presentation of your confirmation email as proof of purchase will be requested for all tickets collected. Identification will be asked for to prove eligability for concession.

Payment
If you are booking by post, please note that the theatre will adjust the total figure if your calculations are incorrect. Reservations must be paid for within four days or by 8pm the Sunday prior to the show opening, whichever is the sooner. No reservations will be taken during the week of the performance. A postage charge of 60p will be added to all bookings sent. As a contribution to the costs of credit and debit card charges, there will be a £3 transaction charge (£2.50 online) added to all card purchases. Credit card payment will not be accepted for transactions of less than £5.
Discounts (Main House Only)
Apply Monday-Thursday Evenings and Saturday Matinees. They do not apply to Wednesday Matinees, Boxes, One-Nighters and Special Events. They do not apply to events in the Ustinov.
Under 16s, Students, Senior Citizens, JSA Claimants, Registered Disabled Patrons - save £1 on each ticket.
Only one type of discount may be claimed per ticket. Please quote relevant student, pension or disabled number when booking.

Group Discount
10 or more - save £1.00 on each ticket.
20 or more - save 20% on each ticket.
School Discounts
Main House: 10+ students Monday-Thursday evenings and Matinees, £7.50 for Grand Circle seats only.
40 best available seats (Dress Circle) £10 each.
1 free teacher ticket for every 10 students booked with schools’ discounts.
Does not apply to One Nighters or Special Events.
Ustinov: 8+ students £5.00 where discounts apply. Individual students may book Gallery seats at £5 each for all performances where discounts apply (NUS card may be required).
egg/Ustinov: 1 free teacher ticket per 10 tickets booked.

Standby Tickets
(Main House only - no other discounts apply)
40 £5 seats from 12 noon on the day of performances, evenings Monday to Saturday
Maximum 2 per person
Sold in advance for Matinees, Sundays and Pantomime (£7 each for Pantomime)
May be booked by card over the phone (subject to £3 fee)
Tickets booked in person must be paid for with cash
Last Minute Seats - Main House Only
Cash only
May be bought 30 minutes before curtain up at a reduced price.
Standing Places - Main House Only
£3 from 6pm (12 noon for matinees) on day when all seats are sold. Must be bought at the counter. Limited availability.
Refunds & Return Tickets
Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show (plus £1 exchange fee per ticket). Tickets may not be returned or money refunded unless you are a Friend or Associate of the Theatre Royal Bath.
